IMPORTANT: All orders placed in this store are shipped from Madrid.
Orders are prepared and processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday (we do not ship on weekends or holidays).
If you place your order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be shipped the next business day.
The delivery time starts from the date the package is dispatched, not from the time of purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Spain (Mainland): 2–5 business days
- Italy: 4–10 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
During high-demand periods (Christmas, Black Friday, holidays), preparation may take an additional 1–2 days. We recommend placing your order in advance during these times.

Changes to the delivery address
If you need to change the shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order at: info@jargonaccesorios.com
If the order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed.
In that case, the customer must contact the shipping company directly.
Customs Costs / Taxes Outside the EU
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or local taxes.
These costs are the customer's responsibility.
Absence from the address
The shipping company will attempt delivery twice.
If the address is unavailable during both attempts, the package may:
- Be sent to a nearby pickup point, or
- Be returned to our facilities.
In the event of a return due to absence or an incorrect address, the customer must cover the new shipping costs if they wish to have the package resent.
